![]() Gave away one of our friends room and did not care when they tried to check in. ![]() Staff are rude and if you need anything you won’t get it. Definitely not worth the money!…ĭon’t know what happened to this hotel but don’t go. I have never been to such a messed up place of business! I do not know how the other casinos are but the Thief River Falls Casino is horrible. We then went to the Arcade where half the games were not working. Water had things floating in it, bathrooms were out of toilet paper and hand towels. we stepped into the park and the chlorine took our breath away! We stayed as long as we could but after about 5 hours the kids all began coughing so bad and literally getting sick from the chlorine we had to leave. Now the main reason we went was to take grand kids to the water park. Snack bar not any better, messed up our order, half was ice cold, they were out of several items. Breakfast was horrible, eggs cold, waffle makers so dirty waffles wont come out of them. Cigarette buts on the floor, things such as soap missing in my room, bathroom shower curtain should have been thrown away. Took forever to get checked in and NO ONE smiled or welcomed us. Still dont understand what the problem was there but thank goodness a manager happen to be walking by and solved the issue. When you were lucky enough to get into a bonus it would pay out $3.50.…įrom the minute we checked in it was nothing but problems! We had booked 2 king rooms and a 3rd king with an adjoining Queen. I had to go to the front desk and the greeting I received was, "I'm not open." The gaming sucked. They disregarded the customers and were not welcoming. When they were there they spent more time on their phones and not paying attention. The majority of the time we were in the Waterpark there were no lifeguards. The "Bar" in the casino was a girl in a closet selling beer and seltzers. They leaked grange juice on the floor and just left it. We watched staff cut threw the kitchen and dining area with big trash bags. The hot dogs had been sitting on the roller for a long time and were gross. We waited 20+ minutes to get 2 hot dogs and ice cream. The only food available was at the 777 Cafe or vending machines. They advertised 2 different restaurants and a snack bar in the water park for food. We stayed the weekend and will not be back.
